“Do you ship normally?”

AW: That depends on the shipping region you live in. Some receive their products as usual, while others have to wait a little longer.

“Can I change or cancel an order?”

Re: A confirmed order can no longer be changed. (For example, the size or color.) However, you can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been processed yet.

“How much are the shipping costs?”

Re: Shipping costs vary depending on the country and the chosen shipping method. Shipping and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.

“Can the delivery address be changed later?”

AW: Once your order has been shipped, you can no longer change the delivery address. However, you can contact the carrier directly and make alternative delivery arrangements.
